Backpacks of Hope provides essential school supplies to area school students. At the beginning of each school year, students are given backpacks containing the following items: calculators, folders with pockets, pencil boxes, individual hand sanitizer, scissors, spiral bound notebooks, pencils, colored pencils, erasers, glue sticks, loose leaf notebook paper, crayons, composition notebooks, washable markers, highlighters, and rulers. Money donations are also appreciated. Items are collected throughout the year and can be dropped off the the Collection Center.
We currently deliver backpacks to students in the Logan-Hocking and New Lexington school districts. Our goal is to expand this ministry to other school districts.
